1. AVAILABILITY: August 15th 2. PROPERTY: 4 people / 2 pet maximum. No smoking or vaping. 3. APPLICATIONS: $35 fee for tenant screening when you apply. For each person over 18, fill out an application with your most recent pay stubs for the last two months. Must have at least 2 years of rental history. 4. DEPOSITS & MOVE-IN FEES: $500 holding deposit to move forward and/or hold the unit. The holding deposit is not an additional deposit, but subtracted from the $3000 security deposit that you pay at move-in. A $450 Cleaning Fee collected up front is non-refundable and used for professional deep cleaning.
